What we will do

We will listen to your comments and discuss them with you.

We will then investigate the matter and respond to you with a resolution within 2 days by verbal communication or, if appropriate, in writing to you within 10 days. To see our Complaints Policy please click here

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisifed with the response you have received from us, or you feel that we have not listened to your comments, then you can contact the Dental Complaints Service they are independant from other companies and are run by the General Dental Council who regulate the Dental Profession.

If the Dental Complaints Service do not provide you with a satisfactory response then please register your comments with the General Dental Council.

If the General Dental Council do not provide you with a satisfactory response then please register your views with the Care Quality Commision.
